At Creative Childcare Solutions, we believe children should be allowed to be children — not act like “little adults.”  That’s why we offer on-site childcare for your special event or your out-of-town hotel guests. We go wherever you are.

We would love to assume that all children will behave appropriately when necessary, but we know that is not always realistic. Parents enjoying themselves at a special occasion can get distracted from watching their children and problems can arise. That’s where we come in! We provide care for individual families or a group of children so everyone can enjoy themselves. You provide the space and we will do the rest.

Prior to your event, we can provide online Pre-Registration or an information form to see what specific childcare needs your company will have. Pre-Registration allows our company to communicate directly with your clients to answer their questions, reserve a space for their child, accept payments, and put the parents’ minds at ease. 

During the event, we will keep the children entertained with arts & crafts, toys, games, and music. We decorate the room in our theme or we can implement your theme into our activities or just provide crafts and entertainment under a big tent while parents visit.

Creative Childcare Solutions will customize each special event to meet your unique needs. We provide safe, fun care for children of all ages and group sizes: from one child in a hotel room to several hundred children at a corporate picnic. We send you only qualified caregivers who bring with them many years of childcare expertise, CPR and First Aid Certification, and an element of fun and professionalism. No teenage sitters!
